Hey everyone happy to be here! I've had a VA business for a while now it has changed to Ebony Excels to Exceed Services now. With a full time job it's been hard to be consistent enough to focus on my vision of leveraging my payroll+admin+ creative problem solving skills into this business. I'm finding it difficult to market myself & adjust my mindset form employee to business owner.

We hit 500 active VAs in this group, which I didn't expect this soon. I want to say thank you. Thank you for being here, for introducing yourself in the intro thread instead of just reading quietly, and for being vulnerable and open to sharing your business dreams. The questions people ask in here are usually the ones VAs won't ask anywhere else. Every time someone posts one, I see a handful of others jump in with "oh thank god, I was wondering this too." That's the whole thing. It's not me running a group, it's 500 people who decided to be useful to each other. So please keep it up! Introduce yourself if you haven't. Ask the awkward question. Whew that was exhausting and now I'm adjusting to the house being really quiet 🥺. I'm now back to get cranking on completing the Blueprint and learning more for the community and Erin. I finshed my logo and company name. Let me know what y'all think 🤔. I have been applying to FT positions. I'm still awaiting the yay or nay on an interview I had which I should know by next week. If I were to get a FT job during the day what companies or group of individuals should I target? These are the list of services I'd like to provide.
