Great lesson this morning. Thank you. Becoming is such a beautiful vision. A cattipellar to a butterfly, a seed to a plant, a lost soul to a Child of God and growing and fasting as we learn who and what God is calling us to be. Becoming ..coming to fruition. Lord I Thank you❤️✝️✝️🙌🏿

Good morning, my focus was on the fact that they fast and prayed before setting them apart. After laying hands on them they fast and prayed again. The first fasting and praying was to hear from God who to send and the second was for God’s guidance for the ones set apart. Fasting is not just seasonal, it should be part of our lives like praying. I have to meditate on this revelation. What have I been missing when I wasn’t fasting? What secrets do God want to share with me?

FAST DAY 6 – Courageous Obedience
Scripture: Esther 4:15–16 Word for the Day: Courage Biblical Background: Esther fasted before stepping into her God-ordained assignment, risking her life for deliverance. Practical Meaning: Fasting strengthens courage to obey God despite fear. Going Beyond Tip: Ask God for courage to obey Him where fear has delayed action. Daily Prayer: God, give me courage to obey You boldly. Strengthen my faith as I step into Your purpose. I trust You are with me. Amen. WHAT DOES GOD NEED YOU TO BE COURAGEOUS ABOUT?

@Dwight Riddick yes, that’s why she’s one of my she-ros. My name is Deborah and others point to Deborah the judge in the Bible but I feel more like Deborah who was Rebekah nurse, or in today’s term, her caretaker. I just realized my purpose in life. - I am a caretaker. I care for others. 🙌🏾

Fast Day 8 - Carrying the Burden
Scripture: Nehemiah 1:4 Word for the Day: Burden Biblical Background: Nehemiah fasted when he learned of Jerusalem’s broken condition, allowing the burden to shape his calling. Practical Meaning: God often uses burdens to birth assignments. Going Beyond Tip: Ask God what burden He is awakening in your heart and why. Daily Prayer: God, align my heart with what burdens You. Give me compassion and clarity about what You are calling me to address. Amen.

Fast Day 7 - Humble Dependence
Scripture: Psalm 35:13 Word for the Day: Humility Biblical Background: David humbled himself through fasting and prayer during difficult seasons. Practical Meaning: Humility invites God’s intervention and grace. Going Beyond Tip: Lay aside pride and approach God honestly today. Daily Prayer: Father, I humble myself before You. Teach me to depend fully on Your strength. Shape my heart to reflect Your humility. Amen. ARE THERE AREAS OF LIFE THST YOU COULD BE MORE HIMBLE IN?

@Tracey Johnson the term FROG is used in the crochet society. It means to rip out what you did, and redo it. Usually it’s to correct errors or mistakes made. This teaches patience and determination to get it right. Same term with different meanings but helpful in depending on God to guide and direct us towards his path for our future.
