Habit building and habit breaking
Before you build a habit or break one, you need to be aware of it. Example, when you realize how often you think negatively instead of positively, that awareness opens the door to thinking on purpose instead of allowing your thoughts to run 🏃♂️ themselves 🤔 You ARE in the drivers seat! You ARE in control! Start becoming aware of the habits that might be holding you back from being that amazing person I see 🫶
