Can Hypnosis Work Online?
In a word - yes! Settle down and read one of my clientsā story. They recently completed my HypnoJab Weight Loss Programme, which included a combination of live sessions and pre-recorded support over a 6ā7 week period. When we started, she was feeling a lack of consistency and wanted to regain control around food, habits, and routine. Like many people, she had the intention but needed that deeper shift to make it feel natural and sustainable. Over the course of the programme, the changes were both noticeable and powerful. One of the biggest shifts was the reduction in āfood noise.ā That constant mental chatter around food, which so often drives overeating, became significantly quieter. This allowed her to make choices from a place of awareness rather than impulse. Her sense of control increased dramatically. She described feeling back āin chargeā of her decisions, with no sense of restriction or pressure, just a natural ability to choose what felt right for her body. Movement and exercise also became easier and more consistent. Rather than something she avoided, it became part of who she is - something that clears her mind and supports her wellbeing. She built momentum here, showing up even on days where previously she might not have. When we started working together she was doing very little or no exercise - by time weād finished sheād completed couch to 5k and was JOGGING 5k three times a week! Emotionally, there was a clear shift too. Instead of automatically turning to food during moments of stress or frustration, she developed the ability to pause, recognise what she was feeling, and choose a different response. That pattern interrupt is where real long-term change happens. Weekends and social situation, often a challenge for many, became more balanced. She was able to enjoy herself while still staying aware of her body and recognising when sheād had enough, removing the āall or nothingā dynamic. Alongside this, she naturally became more engaged with her nutrition, tracking her intake and building awareness around protein, fats, and overall balance. Not from a place of obsession, but from empowerment.
