Your Reset Begins Now I’m so glad you’re here. Before we do anything else, take a moment to arrive in this space. This is not a diet group. This is not about perfection. This is where we do things differently. šŸ‘‰ Here’s what to do next: 1. Introduce yourself below Tell us: - Your goal - What you struggle with most (e.g. cravings, evenings, emotional eating) - What you’d LOVE to feel different about food 2. Read this (important): You don’t need more willpower. You don’t need another plan. You need your mind on your side. That’s what we do here. 3. Small shift to start today: Before your next meal, pause and ask: šŸ‘‰ ā€œAm I actually hungry, or am I used to eating right now?ā€ No judgement. @Jennifer Ferencz-Barato Jennifer, thank you so much for sharing this 🩵 There’s a lot of awareness in what you’ve written, and that is so important. Especially coming through burnout, which I’m so glad you’re healing from. Your body has had to relearn things like hunger, thirst, and basic needs, so it makes complete sense that things might still feel a little inconsistent at times. Nothing about that is wrong, it’s all part of the healing process ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹ I also love that you already see food as fuel and still allow yourself to enjoy it, that’s such a healthy foundation to build from. The Peanut M&Ms made me smile šŸ˜‚ they’re borderline addictive! And the good news is, there’s no need to cut them out completely… it’s more about gently bringing things back into balance. What you said about wanting something other than food in those moments of stress, boredom, or feeling stuck is such a key piece. Because often it’s not about the food itself… it’s about what that moment is asking for. So rather than trying to remove the snacking straight away, it might help to just gently start noticing: 🩵 ā€œWhat do I actually need right now?ā€ 🩵 ā€œIs this hunger? or something else?ā€ No pressure to change it yet, just awareness. The Reset audios in the classroom will really support you with this, especially in those moments where the pull towards food feels stronger. And as we go a little deeper over the next couple of weeks, this will start to feel easier and more natural. You’re already doing so much right, even if it doesn’t always feel that way. Evening Reset - Available 23rd April 🩵
Can we talk about sleep and weight loss for a minute. Because this is the part most people overlook. When you’re tired, it’s not just about feeling a bit sluggish, your body actually changes how it works: šŸ‘‰ You feel hungrier šŸ‘‰ You crave quick, sugary foods šŸ‘‰ You’re more likely to eat on autopilot šŸ‘‰ And everything feels harder to manage there are biological reasons for this. When sleep is off: ā¬†ļø Hunger signals increase ā¬‡ļø Fullness signals decrease So of course evenings feel harder, and this is usually where the cycle happens… ā€œI’ve been good all dayā€¦ā€ ā€œI’ll just have somethingā€¦ā€ ā€œI’ll start again tomorrowā€¦ā€ But what if the answer wasn’t more control… What if it was more rest?
