In the GuitarZoom 'Get Started Course - The Essential Hybrid Blues Scale', Steve talks about mixing the minor and major pentatonic scale patterns. Since each of the 5 scale patterns are moveable, how to you know which major pattern to play when you're playing a minor pattern and visa versa, for example any root on the 6th string? I’m a beginner, so any simple explanation would really help.
