I have so much to be grateful for. I love to keep a gratitude jar and drop notes throughout the year in it about magical things that have happened and then I read them on New Year's Eve to remember the year. What are you grateful for right now?

I am grateful for the love which is surrounding me, available to me at all times to tap into - like the beautiful blue open sky with floating clouds, or the lovely green plants and the trees outside. I am so grateful to co-exist with mother nature.
💃🏽 Bliss Rx: Your Morning Happiness Ritual
Now, let me guide you through a daily practice that’s as powerful as it is simple. This is one of my personal non-negotiables: The Morning Happiness Ritual. Why? Because dance is a universal language of joy. It’s neurologically stimulating, emotionally liberating, and spiritually activating. You’re literally building new neural pathways, increasing vagal tone, and releasing old imprints—all through rhythm and breath. This ritual wakes up your bliss body and sets the tone for the entire day. Here’s how it works: Dance is a universal language of joy and an incredible tool for awakening your bliss body. By starting your day with a dance, you are not only moving your body but also setting a joyful tone for your entire day. This ritual helps you connect with your inner happiness, embrace the present moment, and greet the day with a positive and vibrant energy. It helps your body release any stuck trauma or emotions that haven’t been processed and engage in awareness. If possible, share this ritual with family members or friends. Dancing together can amplify the joy and create a sense of community. 1. Choose your song: Select a song that uplifts your spirit—one that makes you want to sing, dance, or laugh. It should be a song that resonates with you and brings a smile to your face. The goal is to find music that instantly boosts your mood and energizes you. While it’s great to have a favorite song, don’t hesitate to switch things up. Different songs can evoke different emotions and keep the ritual exciting. 2. Create a comfortable space: Find a space where you can move freely without any distractions. This could be your living room, bedroom, or even a quiet outdoor area. Make sure the space feels safe and comfortable. 3. Begin your ritual: Start your morning by playing your chosen song. As the music begins, allow yourself to fully immerse in the melody and rhythm. Dance in whatever way feels natural to you. There are no rules or structured steps to follow. The key is to let your body move freely and expressively. Whether you prefer flowing movements, energetic jumps, or simple swaying, let the music guide your movements. You can add empowering physical gestures, such as stretching your arms toward the sky, spinning, or clapping. These gestures can enhance the feeling of liberation and joy. 4. Engage your emotions: As you dance, focus on the emotions the music evokes. Feel the joy, happiness, and energy coursing through your body. Let go of any inhibitions and allow yourself to be fully present in the moment. 5. Affirm your connection: As you greet the morning sun with your movement, take a moment to affirm your connection to the world and the vibrant energy that surrounds you. Feel the warmth of the sun and the rhythm of the Earth beneath your feet. 6. End with gratitude: Conclude your dance ritual by standing still for a few moments. Take a deep breath and feel the gratitude for the joyful experience. Reflect on the positive energy you’ve generated and carry it with you throughout the day. 7. Repeat for three days: Commit to this ritual for the next three days. Consistency is key to reaping the benefits of this morning ritual. Make it a non-negotiable part of your daily routine. Pay attention to how your body feels before, during, and after the dance. Notice any shifts in your mood and energy levels. Allow this joyful practice to become a regular part of your morning routine.

@Melissa Minnich I have been dancing for 5 days now, I notice it makes me feel more alive and in-tune with my body. I also have been able to be more productive with respect to the tasks I intend to complete :) I did change the song to something more aligned.

Currently, Health is the most important aspect of my life and the place where I am seeking transformation. I have been pouring all my love and energy in this direction, and I want to do more! I want to love myself more!

@Melissa Minnich no challenge in particular, although energy management is a big thing for me. I am learning to arrange my day in a way that I work well with my personal rhythms. I want to be more active physically.
