Breathing & Digestion Lecture
First lecture is up. 🎬 This one's called Your Diaphragm Is Your Gut's Best Friend, and if you've ever dealt with bloating, sluggish digestion, or just a gut that doesn't seem to cooperate, this is worth 20 minutes of your time. Most people go straight to diet when the gut plays up. Cut this, add that, try the other. And sometimes that helps. But there's a layer underneath diet that barely gets talked about, the mechanical and neurological environment your digestive system is actually operating in. Day 1 - Let’s Go!
Welcome to Day 1 of the 21-Day Reset. For the next 21 days, I encourage you to go all in on the simple practices inside this program. Not because they’re complicated or extreme, but because consistency with the basics is often where the biggest shifts happen. A little tip: many of these practices can be stacked together. ☀️ Do your 5-minute breathing flow while getting your morning sunlight. 💧 Hydrate before you caffeinate. 🚶 Get outside for a short walk while listening to one of the guided recordings. The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is to create momentum and build a few simple habits that help you feel more calm, energised, focused, and grounded. If you have a wearable device, this is a great opportunity to track a few markers over the next 21 days: • Resting heart rate • Sleep score• HRV• Daily steps • Energy levels It can be interesting to see what changes when you consistently focus on the fundamentals. Remember, this challenge isn’t about adding more stress to your life. It’s about returning to the basics and giving your nervous system what it needs to function well. 21-Day Reset Starts Monday 👊
Alright crew, we’re bringing the 21-Day Reset back… and this time we’re doing it together. Starting this Monday inside the community. Over the 21 days we’ll be focusing on: simple breathing practices • nervous system regulation • grounding routines • better sleep and energy • attention and presence • building consistency with simple daily habits This isn’t about perfection or extremes, it’s about getting back to basics and creating momentum together as a community. And this time around, I’ll also be running weekly LIVE calls for everyone joining the Reset. These will include: • Q&A • guided practices • coaching/education • accountability • and a chance to connect with others doing the challenge alongside you. Our first LIVE call will be this Sunday, 10 am AEST, the day before we begin, so we can all come together, get aligned, and kick things off properly.
