Incredible @Scott Thomas let us know how you get on! The advice I got when I was due to do my 1st big speaking event was to just imagine everyone in front of me naked haha, let me know how you get on with that 🤣 For me I'm always pushing for some kind of goal and while that is amazing, it can also be exhausting at the same time. I always thought that by doing the most, all of the time I'd get better, see results faster, get ahead quicker. Truth is the last few months I've slowed down intentionally, I love my life and I feel so grateful to have it but truth be told I was too busy to enjoy the present, I was always looking for the next thing to work on/ give my energy too, it's exhausting and quite frankly there is only so long you can keep up with yaself. By slowing down it has allowed space for new, bigger opportunities to come into fruition. I've basically slowed down to speed up but in a way that I'm appreciating everything happening for me so much more. Back to basics of early mornings (has to be early or I'm surrounded by people lol) Miracle morning & movement. Plan my week/ day in advance so I don't find myself procrastinating or doom scrolling. Being more intentional to where I spend my time and what I give my energy too. My vision is clear, I know what I've got to do and why I want it. But sometimes doing all the things and pleasing all the people can really set you back. Xxx
