March
How are we in March already? It feels as though life is really shacking or heating up and now more than ever we have to choose consciously what we want to focus on and grow. I’ve seen so much growth and change as well as challenges and shocking outcomes this year. I am sure it’s the ripening of positive outcomes. Have you been feeling the same? 🥰

The days are moving by quickly. I’m intentional with my daily practices and weekly goal setting check ins. I’m staying in the present and meditating on my purpose. It’s exciting when you turn off the noise of chaotic people and events while prioritizing what makes you feel good inside and out.
New month reflection and goal setting
As we enter the third month of the new year, I am intentional on setting monthly goals and reflecting on the transformational journey that I am committed to for the 2025 year. How often are you embracing a spiritual practice and journaling for the purpose of increased self love.self acceptance for transformation and growth.
Reflective Questions:
What’s one belief you’ve let go of that transformed your life? When was the last time you sat in stillness and really listened to yourself?

I let go the belief that I need to be in a relationship in order to feel home. As I continue on my journey of self acceptance and self love. I am embracing my personal power and allow myself grace as I continue to evolve and transform into the best me that I can be. I am open to forming a future relationship, but my focus is self love and continued personal development to heal past hurts and appreciate the blessings of my life past present and future
Post Idea
As we walk this path of conscious living and transformation, we often experience moments of deep awakening and growth. What’s one powerful lesson life has taught you on this journey?

I am learning to give myself grace because this journey is helping me to realize my true power and recognize that many people will not be able to spiritually identify with the growth that I am experiencing. It’s almost like learning a foreign language. The spiritual journey is intriguing yet Challenging but rewarding as you continue to progress. I am recognizing my own personal peace and continue elevation which involves quietness and dedication to being kind and loving to others intentionally and without expectation of anything in return.
Needing some help
Good afternoon, everyone. I hope February is treating you well. I have been taking care of my mom and dad full time for the past 3 weeks. By the time my head hits the pillow at night, I'm sound asleep. My mornings start off great but somehow it falls off of the rails once I've given my mom her bath, breakfast, and medicine. She's a STUBBORN 113 lbs and wants to do things her way even if she falls while doing it. The stress of that and taking care of them is starting to burn me out. How do I create a routine to make sure I get to "fill up" before starting my day? Any suggestions?

Self care is so important so that you can pour into others. Sending you positive energy and love for your commitment to being a caregiver to your parent. Here is a list that could help. Exercise, Breath work, Meditation, prayer/ devotion, and incorporating positive affirmations can be a great way to begin your day. Add one per week or rotate daily. Plus get a good nights sleep and hydrate morning, noon, and night. Take supplements to help with energy. B12 or multivitamins. Exercise- stretching, yoga, walking- so many exercises on you tube for free if you cannot leave the house. I include a daily practice of grounding- aka standing in nature- in my back yard- weather permitting. I also bought a grounding mat for my bed to support longevity and improved sleep. {research benefits of having a grounding mat) I would create a spiritual practice to include meditation ( using insight timer- free or paid version) that provides specific topics to help you channel your energy. And build practices to remain calm. (Prayer and devotion is amazing if you have a specific religion) I use the Bible app for daily devotion and study. I would also recommend finding and using affirmations for positive thinking and personal encouragement. ( there are many on you tube) specific to strength, resilience and positive thinking. Creating a morning journaling practice can help release any thoughts that contribute to fear, stress or anxiety. If you need help finding additional resources please do not hesitate to ask.
