We did it 500 members. Big milestone today!
Its been so fun and energizing to co create this space for you and with you. Every post and every comment shapes the next iteration. This is a big milestone and also we are still a young group. Thanks for trusting me so early and mostly showing up for yourself here which inspires others to show up for themselves. I'll never underestimate the power of community in creating positive momentum for each and everyone of us ... the best is yet to come. Current Roadmap Beyond The Pill Workshop version 2.0 Update lab clarity mini series Next premium workshop about the one body we have to love ✨️

Congratulations! And a very exciting roadmap!!
Used the PCOS Lab Check-list and it worked! 🥳
Hope this can inspire other members to do the same! This community has given me the courage to ask some specific lab prescriptions to a doctor! I was really nervous because it was a first time in my life where I was a bit more ACTIVE in my health, and asked something instead of just accepting what was given to me. The doctor didn't want to give me all the lab work I wanted from the PCOS Lab Checklist, but I got a few! Every one of them is a win. I cannot express enough my gratitude towards Dr Mélanie DesChâtelets for this. You changed my life. Thank you so much 🫶

@Dorian Halcomb Thank you for saying this, that's so real. It took me a few months to get to that point of ''you know what? I got nothing to lose'' and turns out that doctor was surprised I had not done some of those tests already... Wish you all the best and the courage you need. You can do this 🙌

Most of ya know i'm Canadian eh? We have this awesome long weekend called family day weekend. Happening this weekend.monday is a stat holiday. So extra day off to spend with our family or choosen framily. Getting a best of all worlds. Spent most of the day cross country skiing with my 7yo and my bestie. Dinner tonight with our whole crew. Heart is full. How we all doing today? I know it can bring up a variety of emotions depending on what chapter you are in. Sending light and love to those of you who need a hug. You are enough. My journaling win. Mindset + Action: Containment
I'm in a sticky legal situation (real estate related, not criminal, not my medical license, you are safe 🤣). Years in, no quick end in sight. Most people would consider it pretty intense. In January things boiled over. Lots of practical to-dos on top of 2 kids and a full-time job. After the immediate tasks were done, I hit emotional whiplash, just deep frustration with the whole situation. I was struggling to recalibrate. The mindset piece: Life isn't always easy. Hard moments push us to learn and grow. So instead of resisting it, I ask: what's my growth opportunity here? How do I come out stronger? My biggest regret would be looking back and realizing this spilled over into the more important parts of my life. So I needed to learn **containment** how to hold something difficult without letting it contaminate everything else. The practical piece (because mindset alone isn't enough): 🔹 One dedicated email for all communication about the problem. Not our personal email. 🔹 We check it twice a week only, on specific days, before noon (so it doesn't affect our sleep). 🔹 Inbox pause extension so emails only deliver during those windows. Protecting against our own human behaviour lol 🔹 Our legal teams have our text number for true emergencies. Otherwise, it waits. And we've communicated that boundary. This contains the *conversations* too. We get info, make a plan, deal with it, then close that topic until the next window. No constant drip of new emails pulling us back in. **We're only a few days in, but it already feels like a major win.** I know we all sometimes face hard seasons. Some have endpoints, some don't. When there's no endpoint, the best you can do is protect yourself. Why talk about nervous system and mindset here? It totally plays a role in your hormonal health and overall health. Have you heard of containment before? Practiced anything like this? Can you see implementing it in your own life? What does that look like for you? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

I am impressed by you guys capacity to regulate and inplement systems in the midst of the storm! This opportunity is def a great opportunity to grow, learn and become stronger. I hope everything settles and you can close that chapter soon. In the mean time I wish you a ton of luck, courage and softness at the end of the day 💜
Sunday Shift
Keeping it simple! Trying something new, instead of focusing on yoga as I used to, I want to focus now on walking. Good: 10,000 steps a day (in average) Best: 12,000 steps a day Best: 15,000 steps a day Trying to create systems that don't trigger a sense of perfection (and failure) to avoid creating rigidity and resistance. Walking for me is a pleasure so I hope it will work better (while also keeping the yoga a few times a week, without pressure). Also installed a cute app that simulates the Frodo's path from the Shire to Mount Doom, it makes me smile (big Lord of the ring fan here). Happy New Year everyone! I wish us all a year of health and self-discovery 💛
