I PASSED!
I passed my MLS ASCP exam! I feel so much relief! Anyone know what steps to take now? Do I wait for my official score to be able to apply for my California license?

@Marilyn Virgo I definitely am an anxious student. So I worked really hard during my 1 year training program and would study and be on top of the content consistently. I took the exam right after graduating with a couple of weeks to study for the board exam. I did lots of media lab questions and BOC 7th edition (these were difficult but probably better to get prepared)

🎯 How I Passed the ASCP Exam — 1 Month Out Strategy 💥
Hello my little Gang of Nasties 😈😜🦠 Just wanted to drop this here for anyone who’s in the last month (or maybe 2-3 months out) grind before their ASCP exam. I took my exam August 6th, 2016 and passed on the first try, so if you’re feeling overwhelmed, let us all take a deep breath! Here’s exactly what I did in the final 4 weeks: 🧪 DAILY: 50 Practice Questions Every single day, no excuses. I did at least 50 practice questions on LabCE. I didn’t just click through either. I would do them in review mode and for the ones I got incorrect, I would go through every single answer choice and figure out WHY I chose the incorrect answer. This is a form of studying the theory! (Ditch your notebooks, ditch all the flashcards…unless you find them life-changing) Just focus on doing the practice questions and using THOSE as your study guide. 📚 WEEKLY: 1 Full-Length Exam Each week, I set aside a day (usually a Friday) to do a full-length ASCP-style exam. I took it under test conditions (quiet room, timed, no distractions). Then I spent the next day reviewing: - Weakest subjects - Patterns in what tripped me up - Random facts or values I kept forgetting 🔁 Repetition = Retention LabCE was my best friend. I didn’t just do questions… I HAMMERED THEM HOES OUT, and drilled my brain until certain topics finally stuck. Repetition built my confidence. Review made me sharp. 🙏🏽 Final Thoughts You DO NOT NEED to study everything, but you DO need to be consistent. Don’t just run through the questions… TRAIN for this test. Questions, review, repeat. That’s the formula. You’ve got this. Drop any questions below!⬇️ If you’re looking for more resources or group study… head over to the paid community where we have weekly study sessions! If you’re looking for a more personalize study strategy, message me “PASS” here on Skool, and we can set up a call to discuss your needs!

When taking your MLS adaptive practice tests, how did you handle the questions that you have already seen before? I have come across a lot of repeat questions that don't help since i already know what the correct answer is.
