I am restarting my journey. I made sourdough almost every weekend when my child was little. He is now 30. Since that was 20-25 years ago I remember none of the rules or even if I followed any. Recently I started a starter so we will see how it goes. Looking forward to learning (possibly relearning).

Either is fine, plain no butter or jam would be my preference, bake in the evening. Of course I would not refuse a slice with butter or jam or mayo, ketchup, mustard on a prepared sandwich.

I'm playing around with different recipe ratios for my einkorn loaves to get the perfect size and texture I want✨️ But she was still pretty and absolutely delicious 😍 Einkorn is simply fascinating!
