Hi Mark. Hope you are well, good to see you still pushing forwards and speaking up...I've been off socials for a while...I noticed that you belong to CABI. I attended a presentation many moons ago, and they also visited a project that I started in lockdown , several years ago now, in lancs... Have just watched your recent video on YT and felt called to share my ponderings...i do check in on them every now and then as I muse over solutions and cycle back around old ones to see how certain options may be developing, in hopes that there is a tangible route. I agree with those who state that this is happening organically and gradually however we do still need an infrastructure whereby we can work together and share resources and solutions and good news collectively...CABI does present as a solution, along these lines, and did give me great hope and inspiration, back when I first heard of them... What stands out for me, years down the line after covid and the lockdowns , is that, the surge of realisation that perhaps we were not as safe as we might like to think, in the hands of our government led many of us to stand up and fight against the system.... I absolutely do not dispute the reasons many made these decisions, however, I do feel that identifying as 'against ' the system overtly, made us separate in our quest to bring us together. Filtering the truth to people via fear and anger in a time when we were all scared shitless, whichever side of the coin we were staring at , caused people to push away and isolate themselves or isolate those who were trying to help.. I do not doubt that a parallel system is needed...however my feeling is that by outlining ourselves as 'separate'- ...in terms of 'recruiting ' the masses, is not going to be successful. Largely bc people love to be like everyone else, and be virtuous...and they struggle to change. Fear it. Now that doesn't mean we shouldn't raise concerns...we should continue to preach to the converted and build on that...

So what comes next ?
We are now at 86 members and we would like your thoughts as the community where we take this group on Skool. Our thoughts are we build a like minded community that shares the same thoughts and feelings about the food supply and how we might rightly prepare for what's coming. The Classroom section on Skool would allow us to have a library of E-Books Videos Courses etc that fit what the community would make use of. So what might that information look like to you guys ? Drop us a note to let us know what you would like to see information on and I you feel you have something to offer. A point was raised the other day would we charge for the use of the site and the information? Our thoughts are we want to keep joining the community FREE and that a large % of the classroom would be 100% FREE (HOWEVER) There maybe time to time things in the Classroom that we will need to pay for and that that money would go to the Community Interest Foundation CIC. (What's your thoughts) Obviously its optional to purchase those things. But some people have said if we make the classroom content of real value they would rather pay a one off fee to join the Skool. The Community Interest Foundation CIC funds FoodFindersHub.org FFTRadio.com and now this Skool so everyone over to you Ladies and Gents Let me know 😀

@Margaret Gambardella hi margaret, what is the group, please?
Thank you
Fantastic thank you for accepting my request to join. I have 17 acres and rear fat lamb’s on the biodynamic principle and produce unvaccinated lamb for private sale only. I have recently ( last year) invested in a monster Poly Tunnel and have successfully grown and sold biodynamic veg boxes. I can honestly say that l have never had so much fun than last year’s PTunnel adventures.

@Allys Farmer love that! We had a little growing project, many moons ago, in Lancashire, there was nothing better than that sense of accomplishment and community, around the fire, at the end of the day after we'd all, been building, planning and growing together 💚

English Ivy
Good afternoon. I just wanted to share a useful tip with you that will save having to buy commercial detergents. English ivy is abundant. If you fill a pot with it and simmer it in water for 30/40 minutes you can use 1 to 2 litres of it in your washing machine with a few drops of your favourite essential oil. Your clothes will come out clean and fresh. I first tried it when I was given the old cloth from a snooker table. I was amazed that it came out the machine like new.
