3-4 person accountability Mini Pods?
In a thread from last week, @Neil Sutton wrote: === I’ve been in some accountability groups that were very successful. It’s not an “all of us” getting together kinda thing, but those created an opportunity to bond with and become friends with people I might never had met otherwise. The best one was when I was in Brian Kurtz’s Titans group. He assigned the groups of 3 or 4 then we went off on our own and met monthly. We came up with 3 questions we took turns answering in each call and the others would offer feedback and support if needed. It was definitely optional. You put your name in to be assigned to a group if interested. Then you'd be grouped with a few others. I had to look back, and there were just four groups of 3 each. (I was teamed up with the amazing Kira Hug & Shannon McCaffrey.) === Are you interested in this? More importantly, will you actually participate? I'm happy to put the pods together. But ultimately, this is about you, and having a regular little mini-mastermind with two or three other folks in this group, and helping each other out, and socializing, and keeping each other on track. It won't work unless you participate, and regularly. So do you want this? Let me know below.

I'm already in a pod from Titans and feel like my time is maxed in terms of regular commitments to groups. They definitely can be super helpful though.
Who do you ☠️LOVE🐀?
UPDATE FOLLOWING VITRIOL WEDNESDAY: Thanks to everyone who participated. For 24 hours, we roasted, very mildly, the winner. As promised, the Vitriol Wednesday post and all the comments have been deleted to protect the vitriolic. Frankly, it's not an experiment I plan to repeat... but it was worth doing one time. ***** In another thread about joint group projects, @Robin Timmers suggests: "Let’s all verbally attack the same guru." Let it never be said I don't take member suggestions seriously or that I don't implement them quickly. So at the risk of completely going against the vibe of this community, and of poisoning the well of promising future relationships forever... I designate next Wednesday "Vitriol Wednesday," where we can all pile on and say nasty things about some guru who really rubs us the wrong way. But who is that? Who should we pick? Who do you ☠️LOVE🐀? Cast your vote below, and as always, it will influence reality

@Samantha Kindheart you mean you were miss-named? It should be Samantha Coldheart?
Are you planning to publish a book in the next 3 months?
I just restarted work on a book I want to write... and eventually even finish and publish. My goal is to be done with it in the next 3 months. I also know that some House members, like @Steve Raju and @Tom Grundy are in the midst of publishing their own books. What about you? Do you have plans to write and publish a book, and soon?

7-day email-writing challenge to 3x-4x your sales
I'll be doing this myself, starting next Monday and ending next Sunday. I wonder if you'd like to join me. The details: - 7 days - 7 emails - The goal is to make your list perform like it it is 3x-4x bigger than it actually is ... meaning, you get 3x-4x the usual sales, leads, replies, calls booked, or whatever it is that you're normally after. How? Well, that I'll share with you if you join me for the challenge. Suffice to say that: 1. There is no list growth involved 2. This is not about "send more emails" 2. It's entirely based on the email copy you send out in your 7 daily emails Are you interested? Let me know below:

#1 question I've been asking myself for new offers...
It's not a question I came up with. It comes from Dean Jackson. Says Dean: [...] [wait for it...] [gotta tease it a bit more...] [I hope you will appreciate the significance of this simple statement...] "What would you do if you only got paid if your client gets a result?" This does not mean I work or sell stuff on commission only. (Though that can be a good model.) Still, thinking about only getting paid on results has been incredibly sobering to me. Am I selling something where I ultimately don't expect anybody to get real-world value from it? If so, why am I selling it? And vicey versy. If I have to take a bet on my customer or client succeeding, what all would I do to help them succeed? Beyond that, who would I even entertain working with or selling to, because I have a good hunch they will succeed, with or without my help? It's maybe worth asking yourself these questions when you start thinking of your next offer. (Btw the "result" in Dean's question above doesn't have to be major, ultimate outcome in your customer's or client's life. Even a small, concrete win can be valuable.)

I love this question! Thankfully my answer is that I'd still be doing what I'm doing. The wild thing is...the longer I've been in the game and the more client results I've seen, the more I realize I'm just a small part of the equation. Some people could have the best copy in the world and never make it work. Early in my career I thought good copy would always work. Not to be mean, but there are some people that just aren't going to win, and generally my gut feeling is right. The difference now is that I don't take them on as clients if I don't think they'll win. I've done the thing where I just got paid on results and it nearly bankrupt me in more ways than one. WHO you work with matters. A LOT.
