How much weight (if any) should be put into a Garmin/Strava/etc āfitness scoreā? (Answer - not much. stay consistent, keep ticking off sessions and trust the fitness is being built). Reason I ask - it can be discouraging when Strava/Garmin you need to do 500W for 15 hours to see āimprovementā.
