Few weeks ago I spoke with a probate seller who was already listed. He seemed to be open to Novation, so I referred him to Aidelys. They spoke and followed up with him. That seller eventually fired his agent and was looking to interview new agent, so Aidelys set appointment and said her partner, who spoke with them initially, will show up. I called to confirm the appoitment and prequalified them again. Gave the Zoom listing presentation and they hired me to be theri agent. Now we are getting offers on this listing.
