WDT tool
I paid for a subscription and then again for this prototype tool and never received it. It’s been over a month. Anyone else have issues with this site

@Aaron Jefferson @Noah Spear Gentlemen, just wanted to let you know that I have been contacted by the billing team. They are looking into what the issue has been and have refunded all charges on my account. I have been impressed by their timely communication and resolve to figure out a solution once the issue was brought to their attention.

Hi Everyone! I'm excited to be a part of this community. Even though I've been drinking coffee for a long time, I consider myself quite the amateur when it comes to brewing. I've tried several different ways – currently using pour over – but I've got no idea if I'm doing it correctly.
