Start with stretching
Or active mobilization. Where are you lacking with this premise?

My workouts start with some weighted, active mobilization. Taking to little time for a good stretch...
Gym vs At home
Where do yall stand on this matter

At home since the corona epidemic. Invested in some kettlebells, macebells, kettlebells, dumbbells, a barbell with 100kg on plates and a landmine setup, sandbags, parallettes and a pull-up bar. Enough to keep me entertained! Altough... since a couple of months i'm joining a buddy of mine at the gym. I gotta say, the environment, the equitment, the people, it gives me new incentives!

After a couple of months of inconsistency, due to some struggles in my personal life and at work, i can say i'm happy with this little workout! 🔥🔥🔥 Warm-up (3 rounds): - The Wall Stretch; - Coiled Iso with rubber band; - Barbell Screwdriver. The Work: A Landmine Clean and Press - 5 sets, 5-4-3-2-1 reps, adding 5KG weight every set; B Landmine Snatch - 3 sets, 8 reps.

This workout the main goal was to maintain form, while showing explosive power. Especially when the weight got heavier! Felt like it was going the right way, with a total of 30KG by plates 🔥 Wanna push myself to clean 50KG at the end of this year
Today’s leg day
Boy, I had a sweet workout today. 🔥 It was one of those sessions where you walk out feeling like you checked every box. Strength, conditioning, unilateral work, and enough volume to leave your legs questioning every life decision. Block 1: Warm-Up Keep it simple. • 20 walking lunges • 20 bodyweight squats • Repeat back and forth to get the hips, knees, and ankles ready for work. No need to overcomplicate a warm-up. Just get moving and break a sweat. Block 2: Strength Work Circuit 1 – Build the Foundation (3 Rounds) I train in a commercial gym, so I take advantage of the machines. • Leg Extensions • Lying Leg Curls • Standing Calf Raises Increase the weight each round while maintaining clean reps. Circuit 2 – Posterior Chain (3 Rounds) This one is all about glutes, hamstrings, and overall lower-body strength. • Hip Extensions • Heavy Goblet Squats • Heavy Sumo Dumbbell Deadlifts Use a heavier dumbbell for the sumo deadlift than you used for the goblet squat. Circuit 3 – Unilateral Strength (3 Rounds) Time to expose the weak side. • Bulgarian Split Squats (bodyweight or loaded) • Alternating Forward Lunges • Leg Press Use a full range of motion. Don’t cheat the depth. Block 3: Finisher (4 Rounds) • 25 Jump Rope • 10 Heavy Kettlebell Swings • 4 Over-the-Shoulder Sandbag Tosses Nothing fancy. Just honest work. If you give this session a try, let me know how it goes. I’d be curious to hear which block humbled you the most. 👊

I prioritize sleep… to a point
I think I have a number in my mind that if I don’t hit that Target sleep then I’m not gonna wake up for that 4 AM workout, but in truth when I work out regardless even if it’s dragging myself through the sets and reps I decided last night I’ll sleep better than next night so I say that to say this just do the workout anyway

I hear you! I'm waking up at 5AM, because its my only opportunity to get in a proper workout. For me it's a must to be consistent; rather pushing myself through a rough workout, than letting the hours of sleep determine not waking up. Than i become to comfortabel!
