Daily Dial-In: Bet on Yourself
Less than a year ago, my life looked nothing like it does today... I was stuck in the routine. Miserable. Talking about change, daydreaming about it — but doing nothing real. Nothing to "move the needle." Then I made ONE decision: Stop overthinking. Stop waiting for the “perfect time.” (there IS none) Stop being afraid and weak-willed. I bet on myself. I went all-in. Every voice — in my head and outside of it — told me to play it safe. To keep following the “rules.” To keep living inside a system designed to keep me average, docile, and compliant. No. I refused. I wasn’t going to live like a sheep any longer. I chose irrational self-belief. Complete accountability. If I win, it’s on me. If I fail, it’s on me. And in less than a year, everything has shifted — not because it got easier, but because I took complete ownership. I’d rather fail betting on myself than rot away inside a system trading “comfort” for potential. My question to you: Are you going to keep waiting for the perfect moment, or are you finally going to bet on yourself? Drop a 👊 if you’re ready to stop playing small. GC

Tonality Guide: The Silent Weapon of Top Closers
This video is from my Fitness Closer Accelerator course and I am providing it based on a mock call and feedback from @David Valtuena . Words alone don’t close deals—tone does. This module breaks down the psychology of tonality and the 7 tonal patterns that move buyers forward. Learn how to guide emotions, match tone to the moment, and use your voice as a weapon of influence. Say less. Mean more. Tonality Guide: The Silent Weapon of Top Closers

These training videos are golden nuggets - make sure to take advantage of them. Here's a summary in bullet points for those who are too lazy to watch it: Tonality Guide : A Tool To Build Trust Having a good framework only serves you if you have strong energy. The first minute determines wether a buyer trusts you or not, based on how you show up. The prospect is asking 3 subconscious questions: - "Do I trust them?" - "Do they believe in their own words?" - "Does this feel safe?" -> You answer these questions through your presence and your certainty, or your lack thereof. 4 pillars of Tonality : a tool to build trust 1. Presence - Low, grounded tone - especially at the beginning to set the frame 2. Curiosity - use a warm, personal tone - invite honesty and signal it's fine for them to be vulnerable. 3. Hope (for future pacing) - more energetic tone - convey enthusiasm! 4. Authority - Calm grounded tone - stay unfazed when objections come up - Hold frame - especially at the decisive moment at the end of the call. Keep your composure. - Pro Tip: slow down and allow silence to let your words hit. - Mindset Shift : Silence isn't awkward. It displays power. - Drill tonality during mock calls: practice shifting between the 4 Pillars of Tonality - Your Homework: - 1. Take one of your past calls and re-record by yourself, using the tonality principles learned above. Compare the 2 versions and notice the differences. - 2. Take another of your calls, and put timestamps on each phase (Frame, discovery, etc...) and ask yourself: did you rush them ? How was your rythm? Adjust your pacing according to your own feedback. - 3. Silent pause challenge: practice putting silence between your words. It's also an opportunity for the prospect to open up more.
Sick roleplay yesterday !
Hopped on a roleplay with @Yanis A the other day. Looking back at the recording, I learned a ton about my sales abilities and what I need to improve. I learned that... - Tonality is important and I need to speak in a softer tone when asking impactful questions - maintaining good eye contact is essential for looking trustworthy - you should focus entirely on what your prospect says and let your brain generate the answers For anyone in this community who might be just looking but not interacting, I highly encourage you to engage, comment, reach out and hop on roleplays with other members. That's how you learn, and that's also how your network is built. If you're serious about this, contribute and drop a comment under this post!
Are You Living the 'TGIF' Life?
If you’re living for Friday and dreading Monday, your mindset is broken...period. That’s not living — that’s waiting to die five days at a time. Most people grind through the week just to get two days of "freedom", and then wonder why they feel stuck, drained, and unfulfilled. That’s the TGIF life and I lived that shit cycle of misery for far too long. And here’s the simple reality - you can break free. But here’s the catch: coaching, courses, training… they’re everywhere, they're ubiquitous. You can learn scripts, practice objection handling, binge every YouTube video. None of it matters if you don’t have opportunity. That’s what kills most aspiring closers. It’s not lack of effort. It’s not lack of desire. It’s lack of ACCESS to real offers. And that’s exactly what I’m fixing. Because without opportunity, all the skill in the world is useless. You’re just sharpening a blade with nothing to cut. On September 15th, I’m launching something different. Real access to offers - REAL OPPORTUNITY. Real deal flow. Real mentorship and backend support. Not another $10K course. Not empty promises and bullshit. Actual opportunity. If you’re tired of living for Friday… mark the date. Because this is your shot to finally break free. GC

"That’s not living — that’s waiting to die five days at a time." I like this phrase- maybe it woulnd't be a bad idea to write it in giant letters and pin it in every corporate office as a reminder😂
