We're thinking about creating something new and want your input before we build anything. Beyond the weekly lessons, would a structured program interest you? Something with a clear focus and simple daily practice you could follow at home? Two quick questions: - What's the one physical problem that affects your daily life that you wish Tai Chi could help with? - Would you prefer a short daily routine to follow, or a library of lessons to explore at your own pace? A library of lessons would suit me, as shift work gets in the way, as for how can tai chi help me, I would like to strengthen my body through practice and discipline.

I am coming back to T’ai chi after 20 plus years, I also practiced za zen for many years, looking forward to relearning.
