Just started taking Test about 1.5 months ago
I do daily 10 unit injections which is about 175mg weekly. Unfortunately the machines cap their Total Testosterone at 1500, so they mark >1500. So there's no way of knowing the total. My estrogen seems to have raised quite a bit as expected. But I think a 20:1 ratio is a good rule of thumb, but I cant figure the ratio without knowing my total test cap. Should I be worried and lower Test injections to 5-7 units to bring down the estrogen conversion? I used different companies for the bloodwork. Superpower 1st round and then Rhythm for post bloodwork. Workouts been feel great. Overall well-being has been feeling great. Baseline Total Test: 579 Free Test: 108 Estradiol: 44 SHBG: 24 Post Bloodwork (1.5) months later Total Test: >1500 Free Test: 417 Estradiol: 101 SHBG: 25.8

@Tony Huge I also was thinking going by feeling. But I also didn't want to ignore the biomarker numbers. Libido, erectile quality has been great. Blood pressure is same and in good range. Also taking 5mg tadalafil nightly with my test injection. No real nipple sensitivity. I do notice a small bump gland behind my left nipple (it was already there prior to starting Test, only noticeable when feeling and comparing right/left side. My right side doesnt have it). Not really noticeably visually. A little water retention. Ferritin was extremely low before due to donating plasma a couple weeks prior to the baseline blood drawel. Didn't realize it was low until I saw bloodwork. Then introduced iron supplements to bring back up. Also taking retatrutide (at 3mg 1x a week) and 5mg MOTS-C (2x a week Monday and Friday). Hoping this will help lower ApoB and LDL.
CJC-1295 with DAC extreme allergic reaction
I wanted to try different GH releasing compounds. I have been taking MK-677 (10mg and Tesamorelin 2mg daily). Stopped taking these due to the constant fingertip numbness. Now after 4 weeks, I wanted to try the CJC-1295 with DAC and Ipamorelin combo. Last night I tried taking CJC-1295 DAC (2mg vial) from Swiss Chems. I added 1ml of bacteriostatic water and injected 0.5mL of the reconstituted solution (1mg) sub Q. A few minutes later I felt a surge of flush and tingling in my hands, foot, soon to rest of body. Shortly after I broke out in hives around my body.. I felt my lips slowly become swollen and my whole body itched. Then my heart rate sky rocketed to 120bpm. I assumed this was a extreme allergic reaction. Fearing inflammation of my throat or lungs would be next and blocking my airways, I immediately took a antihistamine (citrizine) and a 20mg prednisone to shut down the immune response immediately. After about 30 minutes, things come down. Hives slowly disappeared and heart rate lowered. Has anyone experienced this before? I have been taking various peptides over years and this is first response. Never have I had a allergic reaction like this. I was hoping to add CJC DAC to my protocol stack. Picture was taken at beginning as hives began to break out.

Thoughts on MK-677 & YK-11: The Advanced Growth Stack
MK-677 boosts protein synthesis, satellite cell activation, and lean tissue retention. YK-11 takes it further by inhibiting myostatin: the genetic brake on muscle growth. Together, they don’t just signal growth, they remove the “stop” signal. But make no mistake... this isn’t an entry-level stack. YK-11 carries suppression and hepatotoxicity risks, so it demands cycle support, blood work, and a clear end point. Done right, it’s hypertrophy without guesswork. Would you ever push past your genetic limits with a stack like this? Disclaimer: This is for education, entertainment, and harm reduction purposes only. Always consult a healthcare professional.

Any research on LIPO Pure MIC-B12?
Anyone tried or know about LIPO Pure MIC-B12? Should this be added to a shred stack either retatrutide?

Training
How far we have come!
I guess I come from what is called old school. At my gym I use to be called Little Frank, after a darn good bodybuilder, I’ll leave that to your imagination! I use to train females and males for fitness competitions. When I first started observing what fitness athletes would do in off season and watch them go through the phases of cutting I noticed several things, one they eat so much of anything to bulk up then as they would start cutting up phase they be lifting heavy but drastically cutting calories to the detriment of losing the muscle gains along with weightlifting becoming very flat! So I, at this time realized food needed to be used rightly and that in order to win they needed to do that in the off season. So I used a formula based on Protein, Carbs and fat, I broke carbs down into 2 categories fibrous and starchy. So in the off season to bulk up I’d change the ratio of fibrous carbs to starchy carbs. Then I realized going into the cutting phase a 1:1 ratio would allow a caloric deficit which would still show flatness in performance the longer this phase went. During this time I was very fortunate to of had the opera unity of meeting a gentleman who used MTC oil which is a good fat that durns like a carb. I also learned that not all MCT oil is the same. This allowed me to take a client to a 1:1 ratio clean up the eating by way higher fibrous carbs add the MCT oil and not only maintain heavy lifting but depleted the subcutaneous layer of fat allowing the skin to lay right on the muscle! I tablespoon of the MTC oil allowed me to add 112 calories and still cut. I had some clients on up to 10,000 calories. I personally at 3% to 4% body fat could only get up to eating 6000 calories daily. See every individual is unique! I won’t get into the measuring of water in to water out other then to mention it here! I’ll share first experience with politics in competition. I trained a woman in Columbus, Ohio and she won second in her class but get this she took over all show! We talked afterwards and it turned out a judge judging her class didn’t care for her! I also told Tony I’d share a crazy near death experience of someone wanting to compete way back had been told that injecting coke into that subcutaneous layer could deplete all the water and look super cute, almost died! As the title say we have come a long way. But imagine going forward and using some of this old school knowledge with today’s interesting peptides and such big big big! Just think having med beds that scan you and show you deficiencies in nutrients and suggest how to use peptides and nutrition to keep us healthier long, I mean quality life and active well into our 100’s, pretty exciting huh? Thanks!
