When I ran my lifestyle program we decided to try a test, took this 83 year old lady who like walking and doing cardio and asked if we could help her train with weights to see if building muscle would be possible. We took a simple calibration determined lean muscle, fat. Worked out with weights and small adjustment to meals and over an 8 week cycle increased lean mass!
