I am on a mission to find out what vitamins/supplements I can bring into Thailand , I am planning to go mid October. I'm from the USA and have been to Thailand several times. actually, I have brought supplements into Thailand before and never had a problem, but i was only there for a month each time. This time i plan to be in Thailand for 3 to 6 months or longer ?? maybe a year. so, with that said, i tried to call the Thai food and drug , and other numbers and so far no one has answered. I have an option to send an email which is what I may do next just assuming they are not answering for whatever reason. anyway, I want to bring in a 6 month supply of normal vitamins/supplements. I was told that I should perhaps write an affidavit stating that the supplements are for personal use in case there an issue at customs. So my question is ..Does anyone know of an office in Thailand that will be able to tell me what to do , and what the process is to allow me to bring in min of 6 months supply of supplements. I know i can order some of them on iherb , but I feel safe bringing at least 3 months' supply , and suggestions

Hello, im in Chiang Mai, so nice , and much quieter than bangkok!. anyway Im a musician , been playing my whole life professionally.. thinking of doing online guitar lesson for the first time in my life , why not? so I have uploaded videos on my instagram page davetecce , and i will put some on youtube , tiktok, and several other websites (long story) So I can play a mean guitar , but i dont know what the heck im doing on zoom. Is there anyone that would be willing to meet with me, and basically do practice zoom calls , until i got it down .. Also there is a setting (something about allowing background noise) that will be the best setting for audio on both ends when doing guitar lessons. so again if anyone s willing to meet with me and just do practice zoom calls etc. i can compensate you obviously. if meeting someone is not the way, then any suggestions on a website or person online that can offer this type of training , just getting hands on experience with zoom.perhaps there is a basic course i should take? thx
