Amazing sleep
I’am happy and proud to share with you my night routine. Washing the dishes Washing my face with a deep skim care routine And have a long stretch during an High Vibe Tribe meditation. I had “love attraction” meditation for the first time before going to bed for and really. I never had a better wake up than today I made my sleep really great this past few days but it’s always hard to go out the bed. Is it connected to my new diet Is it connected to the love attraction meditation? I don’t know I just see the result of all my effort and i start the day proud and happy Have a good day all

@Sheila Haberli it’s really interesting most of the time when the evening comes and I have différents choices before going to be. First is doing the routine I know who’s working with skin care stretch and meditation and the other one is Movie and I know so weel the big difference in the morning. Discipline is key but discipline is hard to keep 😬

Love Yourself Like Your Life Depends On It Book Review
"Love Yourself Like Your Life Depends On It" by Kamal Ravikant is a short but powerful book that encourages readers to prioritize self-love as a foundation for a fulfilling life. Here's a breakdown of key takeaways: * Self-love as a non-negotiable: The book emphasizes that self-love is not selfish but essential for overall well-being and happiness. It argues that neglecting self-care hinders personal growth and limits one's ability to contribute meaningfully to the world. * Focus on internal validation: Ravikant encourages readers to shift their focus from external validation (approval from others) to internal validation. He emphasizes the importance of cultivating self-compassion, self-acceptance, and a positive inner dialogue. * Practical guidance: While concise, the book offers practical advice on cultivating self-love, such as: * Mindfulness: Paying attention to the present moment without judgment. * Gratitude: Focusing on the positive aspects of life. * Self-care practices: Prioritizing activities that nourish the mind, body, and soul (e.g., exercise, meditation, spending time in nature). * Setting boundaries: Learning to say "no" to things that drain energy and prioritize activities that align with personal values. Strengths: * Concise and impactful: The book's brevity makes it an easy and accessible read. * Direct and impactful message: The core message is simple, powerful, and easy to understand. * Focus on action: The book provides practical guidance that readers can easily implement in their daily lives. Potential Weaknesses: * May feel simplistic to some: The core message of self-love may seem overly simplistic or obvious to some readers. * Limited depth: The book may not provide sufficient depth for readers seeking more in-depth exploration of self-love and personal growth. Overall: "Love Yourself Like Your Life Depends On It" is a valuable resource for anyone seeking to cultivate more self-love and improve their overall well-being. Its concise and impactful message can serve as a powerful reminder of the importance of prioritizing self-care and cultivating a positive relationship with oneself.

Edit: I realized that the long candle is much more suitable. It allows you to concentrate better on the flame, its changing colors and shapes.

Good job 👏
Expect the unexpected
The first session was one of connection and bonding, not only with the people in the circle. Without intending to, it has allowed me to connect with characters from my past, ghosts and monsters. I have been able to feel forgiveness and affection, incredibly. Thank you for that. I never thought I would be able to do something like it.

After different try for me it’s definitely just after I wake up in the morning. I put my mind on the right direction and I take an action for me ,I focus on my inside world . It’s perfect for a people pleaser
