What's the ICP for Review Studio?
Hey @Jeff Schwerdt I picked up Review Studio and am starting to look at it. I have a friend who's a retired ad exec. He's rather old-school, and he's looking for something different to keep him busy. I had him watch your video where you introduced Review Studio and he's interested in doing prospecting, then we'll both do the follow-up part building the samples and sending them out. He wants to meet with me to figure out what's needed to get started, and I'm thinking to use something like ScanSuite to find prospects to reach out to. I'm wondering if there's an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) you've identified that we should be looking for. He can't get around easily and I don't really want to meet with people, so we'll use the phone, email, and Zoom -- meaning we're not really limited geographically. He's leaning on me to train him, but I've barely looked at the app and have been focused on getting my own product ready to launch which probably has a different audience. He's happy picking up the phone and calling people, but this doesn't require that immediately. Do you have any suggestions about how to get him going? I keep talking to him about GBPs and why they're important and all that, but he doesn't really know much other than he leaves reviews for places now and then. Google periodically sends him an email saying some of his reviews have gotten thousands of views and that really tickles him. He also doesn't understand why a lot of places he goes to (mostly eateries) don't get more reviews. I mentioned about Reviewly and he wants to learn more. So he's primed and ready to go. Is there a video you've made that talks about what someone just getting started with all of this could use to get going?
New AI SaaS For Lead Gen At 80% Off ( Weekend Offer )
Big announcement for the Agency Starter Kit crew… We just released a brand new AI SaaS called Review Studio. And for the next few days… You can grab it at over 80% OFF. This is NOT another “AI toy.” This is a client retention + client acquisition weapon. Most agencies lose clients for one simple reason: The client stops FEELING the value. Not because results disappeared… Because the results became invisible. That’s exactly why we built Review Studio. Review Studio automatically turns Google reviews into: * AI-generated Reels * Carousel posts * Social proof content * Captions + hooks * Scheduled social content …all in minutes. You connect a Google Business Profile… Pull reviews… And instantly generate content business owners ACTUALLY want to post. Even crazier? You can use this as cold outreach. The entire outreach script is basically: “I made something for your business. Want to see it?” That’s it. Then you send them a finished Reel built from THEIR reviews. No pitch deck. No 45-minute sales call. No begging for attention. Just visible proof. This is one of the easiest foot-in-the-door offers we’ve ever created. And internally… This is becoming a CORE part of our own agency stack alongside: * Reviewly * AI Review Responses * Review Snapshot * AI Trust Signals * Social Proof Automation This is the direction the market is moving. Businesses don’t just want “marketing.” They want: * visibility * proof * authority * AI trust signals * constant momentum And this gives you all of it. Normally this is priced at $179/mo publicly. But because you’re early… You can grab the Founder’s Deal for just $399 for the ENTIRE YEAR. That’s basically paying for 2 months and getting the rest of the year free. If you land ONE client with it… It pays for itself. If you retain ONE client with it… It pays for itself again. And if you actually use the outreach angle… This thing can become an unfair advantage fast. Grab it here before pricing changes: Reviewly.ai/Studio

LOVE the recommended approach! Tied in with Reviewly, you've got a flywheel that will just keep generating traffic with little if any input. A lot of small biz owners think they're getting adequate reviews, but they're not getting much additional traffic from their reviews because they're either old (stale), the owner never replies and doesn't address bad reviews, and they just don't want to bother using them as fuel for social posts like this.(I suggested it to a guy once, and he replied, "meh, who's got time for that stuff? I've got a business to run!")

@Jeff Schwerdt Great design! It's a flywheel that just keeps turning!
This Is Where Most People Misuse AI (And Why It’s Costing Them Money)
Most people are playing with AI. Very few are using it to get paid. This video breaks down the real gap—and it’s not tools, prompts, or tech skill. It’s where you apply AI and what problem you attach it to. If you’ve felt like: • AI looks powerful but hasn’t moved your income • You’re busy “learning” but not compounding anything • Everyone else seems ahead while you’re still testing tools This will recalibrate how you think about leverage, systems, and what actually converts into revenue. No hype. No theory. Just the frame that separates dabblers from operators. 👉 Watch the video 👉 Drop a comment under it with your biggest takeaway 👉 Subscribe to the channel if you want more breakdowns like this Consume less. @Jeff Schwerdt great use of "faceless content"! What did you use to make this? Have you been following the AZ Tech Week stuff? If not, you should be looking into it. Oddly, they took the dates off of the site. It's April 6-12, 2026 Their goal is to have 1000 events going on around the state that week; they only have 225 right now. The goal is to focus on technology in AZ -- mainly startups and small companies like yours. They're going to be promoting the crap out of it, mainly all of the events, their hosts and sponsors. https://www.azcommerce.com/az-tech-week/ I'm giving serious thought to hosting something, maybe over at Top Golf. Do you think they'd help sponsor it? (Their biz is even tech based!)

@Jeff Schwerdt Sorry, that image looks like it was AI generated. :o Someone asked if this is limited to just AZ companies, and they said, "Heck no! But their event has to be held here." Did you move your biz out as well?
Web tech vs searchability
Hey @Jeff Schwerdt are your pages / apps / sites built with Lovable visible in the search engines? What are your clients using to build their websites that are generating the results you showed in the AEO webinar? I'm curious because it seems the search engines aren't very good at reading anything where they use javascript (or IFRAMEs) to display content on the screen in a browser that users see, and some just don't do it at all. Which begs the question, how do you get AI to see Lovable and Replit sites where virtually everything on the screen is using javascript or IFRAMEs to display content? More specifically, how do you verify AEO results for JavaScript-heavy sites? Wordpress works great because it's a CMS and displays everything as a flat HTML page unless you embed JS and/or IFRAMEs in your page, which is easy to do but hides that content from search engines.

This presentation helped clarify the difference between AI SEO, AEO, and GEO. That led me to a way to leverage something I'm working on in a new way. Then I asked Google / Gemini about it that explained it would be a very effective way to boost results by extending the amount of time someone would spend on a site (user engagement). Then I got the idea to extend it another step further and it said that would 10x the value! As an aside, Jeff mentioned about the value of PRs and reputation management. I've been hooked up with a company for a while that uses Press Releases and other mass media channels (all high PR sites) that get a ton of exposure for you. Their campaigns address pretty much everything Jeff mentioned. People always ask how it works, and while I understand it and can explain it, doing so kills sales because it's totally counter-intuitive, and NOT explaining it leaves people wary. I'm talking with them next week about a new promotional platform they've built that explains their service in a more consumable way so I don't need to. If anybody is interested in learning more about it, let me know in a reply below -- that would help in my conversation with them next week saying I've got people already interested. (This is a top-shelf premium service designed specifically to boost the visibility of your brand online that's primarily sold through their resellers like me.)
