Hourly va Performance Pay
Do you pay installers hourly or performance? If performance, how much to each crew member?

@Rodolfo Martinez We are planning to implement this with some of our crews. How are you tracking / updating at scale? We are looking at maybe using zapier to automat tracking to a google or excel sheet?

Cost SQ. FT. to Grind Only?
If you were to price quote just the cost to grind the concrete. What would you charge per square feet? Would this differ if you owned your grinder and equipment vs had to rent the all the equipment? Curious to see your thoughts thanks! I'm just starting up coating find this group to be very helpful getting my business started up.

We are at $2sqft for grinding only and we typically have a minimum project size of $1,500. We will go below that at times as a loss leader if its the customer has other projects in the pipeline with us and / or its in neighbood where we are likely to pick up more referrals.
