Is anyone buying land in the Arkansas, like Garland county and having succes selling the land? Seems to be a growing residential area but more for retired community at the moment?

Hello family… I am extremely excited and happy to report that I sold my very first piece of land on Friday, March 6, 2026!!! 😁I purchased the land at the Wayne County Auction back in November 2025 however, I didn’t start advertising it until mid January 2026. I purchased the land for $404 and sold it for $7,500 through a seller financing agreement!!!💰 To God be the GLORY!!!
