Opinions on chicken?
Seems to be a lot of controversy in the animal-based/carnivore communities on whether chicken is good or not. Interested to hear what you guys think, Thanks

It’s inexpensive and good but is more of a side dish than a main. The dark meat like the thighs is better but chickens are usually fed a poor diet and it lacks fat so I not the best for a strict carnivore. Not bad at all tho of course
Opinions on grounding?
I've been "Grounding" for a couple of years and i feel like it actually does improve my energy and mood significantly. maybe its just a placebo effect but i'm interested does anyone know any science behind this?
Sleep

Another thing i use is the suana. after the suana i sleep like a rock and it has many other health benfits
