So....I had a bit of an accident in which my face (and body) found concrete a little too fast. I've got a nice fat lip, bruised ribs, hands hurt and of course bruised ego. It's always embarrassing to have an accident in public, but what is most important is how to treat it immediately. I'm writing this to say, please be prepared as you travel out there. Bring an ice pack, first aid kit, and all the other things you might need if you take a tumble and travel by yourself. I'll be OK, but for those of you who are about to see me at SAVE and wonder why I'm all bruised up - now you know...
