Finally figured out how to show my paper trading in here.Tell me what you think.

Looking to see what others have done (if you have had this issue) to get through the mind blocks. I have been paper trading for a couple weeks now but struggle with catching the moves, always seem to catch them after the fact or too late to enter into the trade. I am also mixing up what i should be looking for on candles to set up my entries. My mind goes blank and i blend them together. Maybe i am studying this too hard. I work on this almost daily for several hours a day.

I use xlsx software to keep track of the papaer trading but cant seem to get a screen shot or attachment to show in this chat,could use a little help as i am not overly tech savvy.Thank you

How is this looking for supply and demand

I am struggling on blocks and candles. have been through the classroom sections several times now and not able to grasp the setting up blocks section. I keep going back through but evidently have a block when it comes to looking at the candlesticks to make an informed decision as to where to make my supply and demand blocks. I am dedicated to learning this.
