🚘 I drove for dollars for the first time today. Here’s what I learned: 🏡 Drive to a tough neighborhood and then walk around while you take notes. Driving slow enough to document things is so hard and people get creeped out haha. 🗣️ If you are driving, voice record yourself saying the address and the issue with the property and go back later to write them down. 🗺️ use Google maps to drop a pin and screenshot the whole address for later. 👯‍♀️ Bring a friend if you can so that you don’t miss anything. 📬 Look at mailboxes to check for family names. 🆓 Use cyberbackgroundchecks.com to skip trace for free. 🌿 Look for tall grass, lots of weeds, broken cars and windows, belongings on the driveway or piled up in the backyard, rusty garages, or signs of not having the money to keep the house looking nice.
