First Sailing boat
I'm looking to buy my first boat, and I want something that's safe and comfortable. My long-term goal is to sail from Costa Rica to New Zealand, traveling down the coast of South America, then crossing to the Caribbean before eventually making my way to New Zealand.

@Doug Rutherford I have no idea what kind of boat I should look for! As soon as I get the boat Ill hire someone to start sailing with me... I would like to hear about your suggestions!!

Hi everyone, thank you very much! Well, I don't have any boating experience yet, but I'd really like to learn. My goal is to eventually start the process of buying a small boat as my first one. So any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
