Welcome!
My name is Austin Brewer and I’m a mobile locksmith in Wyoming that focuses on residential and commercial locksmithing as well as automotive lockouts, follow along as I show you how to do different locksmithing techniques to help you in situations where you might get locked out of your building or vehicle as well as how to do other things such as rekeying, master keying and more! To start things off share some ideas on what you might want me to show you (if not I’ll come up with something), planning on doing live videos every Wednesday or Thursday once the community grows some more.

Hello, nice to meet you, where are you in the world ? I'm in Arizona
Excited to be here
Hello, I'm David, thank you for accepting my request to join. I live in Arizona , I can't actually call myself a locksmith so my business cards say lockout service and got my first job so far of 60$ yay, but nothing since then, but it's only been I've month, so I'm hopeful

@Austin Brewer Im more of a hands on guy and I wish I could work with others doing it but other companies want me full time but I can't quit my actual job, so it's moving at it's own pace right now
Lockout tools
In the locksmith trade there’s so many different tools that are used to get the job done also depending on the job that you’re doing. What tool do you prefer to use when doing lockouts whether it be automotive or building lockouts? My opinion: Automotive- I use a wedge and rod but if I can a button master (very thin and long loop cinch tool) Building- lock picks, standard or comb picks
