How do you juggle all of lifes balls?
As you know if you're a consultant or you own your own business, even during holiday periods it doesn;t stop. Sorry for being absent the last week I was tied up with the other side of life. It made me think about this group and what I think is an interesting question. What do you do to help you juggle business and life? How do you manage to do it all?

It’s a great question mate. It’s definitely not easy. For me it’s about discipline and consistency. Just turning up every day and doing something is enough to get started. As you mentioned, life gets in the way sometimes. That happens. You take the good with the bad.
Change management
What do you understand change management to be? How do you run change management in your organisation?

Dude, I’m in Defence. It seems to be a daily occurrence. Change fatigue is real. Hard to keep up. Unfortunately, what we end up with is a constant cycle of doing the same things over and over again because the people that made the change, don’t appreciate the systems that worked previously

@Mark Heaton One of the major problems with Defence is the person that is accountable, is normally posted into another position, therefore doesn’t see the result, therefore doesn’t learn the positive and negative attributes of the change. It’s systemic bureaucratic crap in the end
