As most consultants know, remote has become more and more popular for consulting. Clients like the idea of saving costs from travel, and instead utilising that money for additional value. I want to hear your thoughts as professionals. Do you prefer on site work, or do you like to work remotely?
What do you think we need to do to make this a place you want to spend time and in turn a place you want to invite other industry friends to spend time? What’s the missing piece we need to make this a great community hub?

A client has a major non-conforamnce identified during an external audit. The major con-conformance was that the organisation did not show sufficient evidence that it has identified its risk, and controlled them. Your mission is to create a system that the organisation can integrate into its business as usual activities that would demonstrate this in the future. What is your plan?
