I appreciate the help I got from the community and Tony on splitting the dose to twice a day at 10mg. I got a new question how long before you starts seeing results from AC, fat lost or strength changes?

Thanks the pump in the gym are nuts. I have natural all the time, this is my first cycle.The pumps are night and day from a natural pre workout pump. I’m at 15% BF right now trying to get to 10%. Thanks again Tony!

Morning anyone here get a mild upset stomach on AC. I started it about 4 days ago. I took 10mg first then went to 20mg about an hour before workout. I get a mild upset stomach that never happened before I started the cycle. It’s not overbearing at all just wanted to know if anyone else experienced this!

MK677. Hey good people, I have been taking Mk for about 3 days at 10mg in the morning. I feel nothing. I’m mean not hungry difference at all. Should I increase the dosage? I got it from Swiss chem’s.

Thanks, I do 30-60 minutes 5 days week. My blood sugar is good. I will try taking Mk before training

Has one here ran MK with Keto? If so do you need to stick with less then 50 grams of carbs,, or can it be a little higher because you are running MK?
