I have a really great brick-and-mortar business building solar plants for farmers in South Africa. I always wanted to farm but became an electrical engineer.... now I do engineering on farms. We have been successful with word-of-mouth marketing but I have taken my lead generation to a new level with social media ads. But the Growthworks Campaign Planner, Product Roadmap, Design Studio and Asset generator tools have given me a lazer focus for customer engagement. My ultimate product - a solar plant for farmers - now has an additional 9 products from each of the steps. I'm super excited to see my sales staff run with this. Now to replicate the process with digital products for a much wider market segment...

For me, the game-changer was shifting from “I need to make a sale” to “How can I genuinely serve?” I used to show up anxious, trying to convince people. But when I started approaching conversations from a place of peace—offering real value without pressure—everything changed. Opportunities began to flow, not because I pushed harder, but because I aligned my presence with purpose instead of desperation.

I stopped approaching conversations like a transaction and started showing up with genuine curiosity and care. That small internal shift—focusing more on serving than selling—made everything feel lighter. And people could feel the difference too.
