13 days ago (9/15th) I posted the sneak preview of (SAN ANSELMO, CA 94960) #312 Picks and Treasures PRIVATE ON-SITE Estate Sale Online Auction. (https://bayareaonlineauctions.com/auction/312-picks-and-treasures-1#1515597). The final pick up was on Sat 9/27. This is how the house was left when I completed the pick ups. In this Agreement, the client did not elect the Optional Clear Out. He graciously agreed that the remaining clothes (mostly tshirts and shorts) I did not list be brought to our $1 Community Sale. It was a very successful sale, pick ups was extremely challenging but at the end it all worked out. I had several people (3) who paid but did not pick up their items. In very very rare cases I’ll give another opportunity, and the Client agreed that I can be there on Monday to give them another chance. I can only upload 10 photos, so I’ll select the best ones

The guys are here unloading final load to the warehouse. First load was a 20’ full to Novato which included 4 mattresses to Conservation Novato. Second load was about 1/2 landfill and 1/2 recyclables of a 20’ - total cost was $228. I still think that was on the high side but I find whomever is working the gate makes up amounts dependent on their mood. Total hours will be about 9 hrs for 4 of us. No supplies cost since barely anything was used other than our blankets and plastic wrap- but minimal.

Quick overview of the start of our Tues morning - everything you see will be cleared out today. Most going back to Novato warehouse- auction and $1 sale. Traffic was HORRIBLE in Marin today!!
