Final San Anselmo
13 days ago (9/15th) I posted the sneak preview of (SAN ANSELMO, CA 94960) #312 Picks and Treasures PRIVATE ON-SITE Estate Sale Online Auction.
(https://bayareaonlineauctions.com/auction/312-picks-and-treasures-1#1515597). The final pick up was on Sat 9/27. This is how the house was left when I completed the pick ups. In this Agreement, the client did not elect the Optional Clear Out. He graciously agreed that the remaining clothes (mostly tshirts and shorts) I did not list be brought to our $1 Community Sale.
It was a very successful sale, pick ups was extremely challenging but at the end it all worked out. I had several people (3) who paid but did not pick up their items. In very very rare cases I’ll give another opportunity, and the Client agreed that I can be there on Monday to give them another chance.
