Exiting a drive and kick
I am four out run mostly rose series. When we drive and kick to the corner what do yall primarily do? A)Find the closest corner to exit even if it is ball side B) Always go opposite where you kicked to get back into four out spacing or C)Do what ever gets me to the perimeter the quickest D) it depends on if the corner drives

I'm posting up after the pitch. Then relocating to the corner on the drive, like your image shows. The ball side slot not being filled doesn't bother me. It gives more space to attack. If the ball handler cannot get into the paint, they can retreat dribble into that empty slot, then you are back in Rose Series alignment. Otherwise some people use that retreat dribble to trigger the dunker to flash, then get into secondary actions. I don't think there is a right or wrong way, as long as the kids are recognizing neutral and finding the next action

Practice Routine
Hey coaches! Father of 3, volunteer coach of oldest 6th grade daughters team. Does anyone have a practice routine/schedule they are willing to share that they've seen player improvement following? I struggle on the exact daily vitamins to focus on and transitioning to which small sided games. I love the SAVI teachings, but still having trouble connecting the dots when it comes to running an effective practice. Thank you in advance!

Work on stride stops. Then Serbian Transition. Good stuff to do daily for vitamins. Then go into Attack training. Work into Flow game (kids loved this). Play short games, say first team to score 3x. Then give them a teaching point or two you notice, then start the game over.
Using AI (Chat GPT) for scouting reports
Looking to see if there is a way to leverage AI into our scouting reports. Does anyone use AI to help in any aspects of their basketball program. Would love to hear some ideas. Thanks

@Nick Schmeltz Yea i guess the dumping of data into it isn't hard, but it's not going to help with sets, movement, etc. It's more just interpreting the data correct? Again if you've found a way to use it beneficially, i'm all ears. Thanks

Program Communication
What’s apps or platforms are best for communication with players and parents? Has anyone use the band app?

We use TeamReach. Haven’t had any issues and it’s being used from youth programs to high school levels for all sports
