Good morning everyone, it's lovely to see how active the skool has become! I'm a student of Randy George at the Fresno Nami Ryu Dojo and have been training for just over three years now. My uncle was an aikido practitioner and gave me Bokken as child to inspire me but I never got to train with him, I had been interested in the dojo for years but my prior work schedule didn't allow me to make it to class but here I am finally getting to learn how to use them. I work as a systems engineer in IT for a local clothing retailer and play music to pass the time, so I often make use music and computing for figure of speech. I love a good chat about the philosophy behind our art so please feel free to talk my ear off if you have thoughts you'd like to share.
