I took a look at the about page and I think one thing is missing, who is your audience? Those looking to get in shape? Or, is it something else? I read hints at diet, weight-loss, etc. Unless I missed it, which is possible, whatโs your mission?

Greetings Michael. I am in the North East US and have a pretty regular diet. My wife tries to keep me balanced, but my work schedule has engrained some bad habits. I was athletic but again, due to employment constraints I have led a sedentary lifestyle the last 30 years. I am now trying to make strides to reclaim my mobility and flexibility.
