Last week I sold a small Commerical Maintenance agreement. This week I am going over pricing and making adjustments in Profit Rhyno. The last year I have buried my head in the sand since joining the group I am slowley getting my motivation back to work in the business and figuring out where to start to make this work I am back down to myself and 59 and feel like a restart.

Working in Playbook 1 this Morning and going over my revenue numbers and what is needed to draw a decent paycheck. What I had learned, no wonder I have been struggling that last couple of years My gross sales do not come close to covering what I would like to take home from the company. It has been a real struggle to take home a basic ck to cover basic needs. I guess at this point I have some real tough decisions to make. I wish I had found this years ago this is stuff that no one tells you not even a CPA. I cannot Tell enough Small business and or new start ups about this.
