Okay, two weeks ago I signed up a window tint company in Canada, and they paid me for a full build out, including a high monthly MRR as well as a set up fee. They just called me today and want to go ahead and set up their second company, which is an automobile tint company. The first one is a residential and commercial tint company, and they want me to do both, so I need some help. I need to get some stuff built out in the very, very near future. So I'm looking to try to maybe outsource some of this so I can at least get some basics and some foundational stuff built. So any ideas on where I might go to outsource some of the build-out and the automations, pipeline? That sort of stuff. I know that I've looked at GHL a little bit, Fiverr, but I don't have any connections yet. So has anybody got any recommendations on where I could go to maybe partner with somebody that could then help me also in the future for other builds as well? Or does somebody have a snapshot for a window tint company for commercial, residential, and possibly for an automobile tint company that they might be willing to part with to buy or share either way?

I jumped on CEO Lab's Ads + AI course when it launched. Because I had been doing our ads for close to 2 years, I was a little unsure if I was investing $$$ wisely. Well........ I didn't know what I didn't know!! Meta ads have been running since 2nd March for a $2750 offer. To date we have: - 110 leads - 21 calendar bookings - 2 sales - Ad spend = $233 To say I'm over the moon is an understatement!!

Today's meeting we discussed a priority for buildouts for new sub-accounts: where to start and how to prioritize the basics that they need to get started. We also talked about when is a good time to implement the SaaS portion of our business and some of the criteria there. Leave your ideas below.
