I've had a lot of conversations over the last few days with many of you. I've dm'ed with 100 people if I have DM'ed with 1 and I truly enjoy learning about other humans. Different countries Different experiences Different professions Different goals But 1 thing is at the core of it: Robots. 1 trend I am seeing is many of you have an offer, centered around AI, and you just know there is "something there" but you don't know what that is. 2 things: 1) By far and large, many of you need to watch this video here. The overlooked step in all of our excitement is a thoroughly researched market before you enter it. The research does a lot of things: Validates your offer Positions your offer Prices your offer Creates your market hooks, angles, USP Gives you the lingo of your market Finds their pains (which is what people buy the medicine you have) Tells you if they can afford it or not Tells you you're own margins And most importantly: It gives you a clear plan Lastly you may have fallen in love with the market or idea you have. You may feel comfortable because you have the experience in that market... but research may say "no bro, you got to pivot on this one" and you have to listen. Numbers don't lie. True growth comes when you jump out of your comfort zone. If you take anything away from however long you stick around here, take that skill with you. It's buried in the middle of the classrooms and I know everyone HAS a lot going on, so I wanted to point that one out...before you squirrel off to the next local watering hole. Appreciate all of the conversations and interactions, keep em' comin. Shiyit', I forgot the second thing. Always got your back, RyMac P.S. I'll answer every DM until I can't.
