alright coach, I was watching the boxing at the weekend and it looked like they were fighting with they’re feet?! standing on feet when attacking! Is this allowed? Could it happen to me? Or could I use this? What to do in that situation apart from trying to move out the way? 🤷 The videos are awesome mate, as a guy who’s never boxed before they’re very informative and easy to understand! Not that I’m any good at the movements yet 😂

Yes mate, looks basic but is hard to get the hang of! I was shown the pivot at this mornings class, mixed with the video you have posted I shall be practicing these steps at home, 👍🏻
