What's Your Win of the Week? ๐Ÿ†
It is Friday again! ๐Ÿฅณ And we can have a look back at our weeks!! What is one win you had last week? Doesn't have to be big, even the smallest things that move us forward, can be considered as a win ๐Ÿ’ช Have a great weekend! Breathe well! ๐Ÿซ

Mine was getting my guided meditations onto Insight Timer and continuing to create content despite my shoulder surgery being postponed. A good reminder to focus on what I can control. ๐Ÿ™
The Proof That Breathwork Works ๐Ÿซ
Yesterday I got really, really challenged, I was working, and I just saw a message popping up on my phone from somebody asking why I was leaving the community while I she was working one-on-one with me as a coach. This felt really strange because I didn't leave the community. So then she said, "Ok, then maybe you should have a look and change your password quickly." So I tried changing my password, you guessed it, "wrong current password". And I don't forget my passwords because I'm really strict with passwords, and I save them in a password manager. Then I went to my email, which was connected to my Skool, and wanted to change the password quickly. Once again, wrong current password.... And then it struck me. I thought, "Oh no, I've been hacked." While I was typing to this coach in Skool on the phone, I saw all messages double, which makes me believe that there was another person reading with us on another device.. Quickly, I was going through all my accounts, Facebook. Same story: unable to change the password because the current password is not correct. So this person was already in 3 of my accounts. But instead of flipping out, I stayed pretty calm, and I told myself, "Okay, this account is not connected to your bank account, so we're good for now. Let's solve this." So I told my employer that I need some time because of this private situation that I need to fix ASAP, and I used AI to help me guide through all the steps I needed to do, and somehow I was very lucky with my mailbox provider that I had a parent account so I could overwrite the password for my mailbox there, and after I locked this person out, I added two-factor authentication. And slowly but surely, I was able to recover all the other accounts. It took me four hours to get everything back to how it was. I always had strong passwords, but there is one thing I didn't do out of laziness, and that was two-factor authentication. Now everything is secured with two-factor authentication. The reason I'm telling this is because if this would have happened to me two years ago, I would have been completely out of my mind and panicked and whatever. ๐Ÿคฏ Now, yes, I felt adrenaline, and it was tense because it felt like a race against the clock, I stayed amazingly calm. Even my wife told me that she said you handled this so calmly and that she was proud of me. ๐Ÿฅบ

I can definitely relate to this. Only a couple of months ago my Facebook account was hacked and I lost access to both my personal profile and my business pages. It was a really stressful experience, but staying as calm as I could made a huge difference. Instead of panicking, I focused on what I could control and worked through it step by step. Experiences like that remind me that practices like breathwork and meditation don't stop difficult things from happening, they help us respond to them with a clearer mind.

Using the Sunday to Lock-In ๐ŸŽฏ
As I told you earlier, I was going to work with a coach that is going to help me set up my whole breathwork business and building this community ๐Ÿ’ช So after two months of waiting, this one-on-one coaching program finally started! Last Friday I had a three-hour discovery call, and we made big progress. We worked on finding the ideal client, the niche, the transformation statement... Now we are kind of clear on that. I have to start working on my offer, "so what am I going to offer my future clients?" So I decided to use this Sunday to lock-in, to spend all morning working on this offer, like really moving the needle. It is maybe not that visible here in the community yet, but that will come soon. But this program is built around moving forward the business every day. So I'm just curious: what are you locking in? What do you want to really move forward with this day or in the coming week? Let us know in the comments below. ๐Ÿ‘‡

I'm locking in on building Everyday Yin and Consistent Runner community. My shoulder surgery this week will slow me down physically, but it's giving me the opportunity to focus on creating content and building both communities. One small step at a time

How I use my Sunday to build something GREAT! ๐Ÿ’ช
Yesss! It's Sunday again. One of those days that I spent half working, half relaxing to prepare for the next week ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ’ป/๐Ÿง˜. Sunday is the perfect day you can use to build your dreams! ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ As I have been mentioning in other posts, there are some things going to change in this community, which I am working on in the background. Over time, this community will be more focused on business owners and busy professionals and help them build an unshakable inner calm, focus and energy through breathwork.๐Ÿซ This does not mean that I only help business owners and busy professionals. I will help everybody I can, and everybody is welcome in this community๐Ÿ™ - Only the messaging might change slightly. And I used this Sunday to start working on my core offer, which I will be sending out soon to my target audience to eventually build a full-time coaching business. So I'll just work for two more hours, then do a little jump rope session followed by a HIIT training. The rest of the day I will take off and just chill, maybe play a video game or something (Because the weather isn't that good this week โ›ˆ๏ธ), Until I close my day with a 30-minute yoga session and a 20-minute breathwork session. Ready for the new week ahead ๐Ÿ’ช So, what are you building? What are you using your Sunday for? Let us know in the comments below.๐Ÿ‘‡

Love this. Building something meaningful takes time, and those small consistent steps each week are what add up over the long run. Good luck with the next phase of the community.

Announcements!!๐Ÿ”Š
There is New Content Available in the Classroom!!๐Ÿฅณ๐ŸŽง๐ŸŽฅ
As requested, I have created a new module in the classroom. Because one of our members wanted to have more short techniques, videos and audio recordings. So I created "The Breathwork Toolkit!"๐Ÿซ This breathwork tool kit includes: ๐ŸŽฅ - 5 linked YouTube Videos between 5-10 min each so you can just do the breathwork instead of following the whole course. (I hoped to be able to link YouTube videos that are not released yet, but unfortunately, those links are not really working, and I am not really able to find a way to set them to public so you can see them, but the YouTube audience can only see it when the video is released.) ๐ŸŽง - 3 downloadable guided breathwork sessions as audio files so you can listen to them anywhere you want ๐Ÿฅณ PS: this is my first time that I uploaded audio files only, so please tell me if my voice is too loud or whatever, because then it is easy for me to adjust it, but feedback is really appreciated so I can improve the audio files. ๐Ÿ™ Have A great day! Breathe well!! ๐Ÿซ
