This is a long post from a few weeks ago. Hey fellas I know I’ve been away for awhile but well for those who have been following my journey for several years and most recently in the past 5 years have noticed that I’ve been seriously focusing on my professional modeling career by modeling in fashion shows,runway, print, published work, photoshoots and featured ads to build content into my modeling portfolio by working with various photographers and models from Philly and various cities in efforts to become a model and to be discovered as a male model who loves the business. I’ve been traveling, grinding, hustling, praying, sacrificing, dedicating my time with determination in seeking an opportunity in hopes of being discovered by a professional modeling agency who would be interested in a seasoned male model who is 55 years old and 5’7 ( which does meet the standard requirement). I’ve been making calls, sending emails,text messages, dm’s on Facebook and Instagram, networking with other professionals and modeling agencies all over who are in the business and fashion industry to give me an opportunity to show them that I’m very serious about going into the modeling business. I received no’s, maybe’s, I’ll get back to you and no responses which is a response too all at the same time never given up on myself by continuing to knock on doors and keep pressing towards the mark which brings me to this present moment when I reached out once again to another modeling agency that is based in Detroit and my main reason for coming here to meet the owner and founder of the modeling agency. I had an opportunity to spend the entire weekend with them to meet their friends, church members, some employees of their team and a few models who work for them. I prayed to God to show me a sign and a confirmation in my prayers before coming here if I should come or if I do decide to come to Detroit then show me while I’m here that this is God’s will not mine. God answered all of my prayers and showed me everything I needed to see and hear that He has ordered my steps to be present in this moment even as I’m still here at the airport before flying back to Philly. Finally, I can confirm that I have committed to be signed to M Modeling Agency as one of their professional models. I am overjoyed and elated with so many emotions that words and tears can’t fully translate all of the excitement of how I feel about this wonderful opportunity presented to me in the beginning of a new year. NOW. NO OPPORTUNITY WASTED was a message in the sermon on yesterday. NOW is today. I would like to personally thank my wife and son for being my rock, my WHY, my branches and my #1 supporters who have been standing by my side since day 1, all of my friends and supporters for believing in me, encouraging, supporting and praying for me. Most importantly, THANK YOU GOD for loving me, providing for me, supplying all of my needs and some of my hearts wants and desires and for protecting me with your grace and mercy with blessings on top of blessings. I don’t deserve your love. This is just the beginning of a brand new day. Continue to trust and believe in God to answer all of your prayers. He sees your tears and hears all of your prayers. Gentlemen, as we close the chapter on 2024, I want to take a moment to say how grateful I am for each of you. Hey fellas. I was recently in Miami this weekend for an event. I wore a slate blue/grey window pane double breasted suit with a solid yellow tie, multi pattern shirt and tan monk strap shoes (not shown). I had a hard time trying to find the right shirt, tie and accessories but I think I pulled off a win. Thanks.

A few months ago I asked the group what I should wear to my classmates wedding. The attire request was all black. I was reluctant to wear all black because I thought it would be too morbid but it actually was very classy and elegant. I didn’t get an opportunity to take a picture by myself but I’m with two of my fraternity brothers at the wedding on Saturday on the left and the other pictures is with my wife on the right. I decided to wear my black pinstriped three piece suit, black French cuff shirt, black tie and black dress shoes. Please tell me your thoughts. Thanks
