@Alf Marcussen Hi there 👋🏾 I’m a social media manager and content creator. I’m here because I have questions that I need answers to and you and your community seem like a good fit. My last couple of clients are in the brunch world and I’ve started promoting them and I’m learning how everything flows. I want to start throwing my own events but I want them to be much smaller. I want to throw dinners. I see people are teaching how they are making over 10k a month with fully sponsored dinners and events by bringing people together for founders dinners and getting the big sponsorships like Sephora and Sprite and local businesses as well. My event would be by invitation only like a lot of them with up to 40 high earning women at each event. They would get the community card in their gift bags. I have the people I just need the sponsors. I’m leaning towards community cards 9x12 postcard style since it won’t be a huge activation and lower the price of each slot on the card since it won’t need to be mailed out. When I start my page for the events I can do a video for them as well as an add on maybe Since I do content if it makes sense. EDDM is great because people mail them to a certain demographic and it’s thousands of possible leads but if I can put them in a room with over a hundred leads monthly with a different set of prominent, decision making women that should do something right? Of course I would pitch to service based businesses first because they’ll most likely have more of a budget. Do you have any suggestions? My apologies for the long response.
